Youth The Agency is more than just a talent agency. We’re a movement, a platform, and a purpose-driven force aimed at reshaping the creative industry by placing young, diverse talent at the center of opportunity.

Founded in Johannesburg, South Africa, our agency was created with a single vision: to discover, nurture, and launch the next generation of creative trailblazers. We specialize in representing fresh, vibrant talent between the ages of 18 and 35 actors, models, musicians, performers, and multi-disciplinary creatives who are passionate, driven, and ready to make their mark.
